Returns & Exchanges
At American June we will do everything that we can to ensure you are happy with your order. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please fill out a return request form under the "Start a Return" section of our website here, within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. We will review the return request, and if accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for the return.
In order for a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still on. Final sale items are not eligible for returns and will be clearly labelled as final sale in the product description on the website. Bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and sunglasses are also not eligible for returns unless a product arrives damaged. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can make things right. Please call us at (512) 537-1389 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily offer a replacement item or refund/store credit.
- American June will happily provide you a refund for any eligible items returned within 10 calendar days of the return shipping label being provided.
- The refund will be processed with the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. (Incorrect or damaged orders are excluded from this).
Store Credit Option:
- If you elect to receive store credit in place of a refund for your approved return, you will be sent an American June gift card to the email address you provide. We will not deduct the cost of the return label from your gift card amount.
- American June gift cards do not expire.
- If you would like to return an item and it has been longer than 10 business days from the order delivery date, you can still submit a return for store credit only. However, it cannot be longer than 30 days from the order delivery date.
- Due to high turnover of stock & limited size availability, we cannot guarantee that an exchange may be possible.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we highly recommend that you place a new order immediately and then return the original item.
