US Shipping Details
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100 USD.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days prior to shipping.
Any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm CST will not be processed until Monday.
Orders under $100 USD:
- All shipping costs and delivery times are as presented by the carriers on the checkout page.
- American June does not have any control over the delivery times of our carriers, however we will work with you to ensure your package is properly tracked.
- You have the option at checkout to select which shipping cost and delivery time work best for you. American June is working hard to continue to lower shipping costs as we grow as a company.
International Shipping Details

Please note: American June has no control over any duties or tariffs assigned to your purchases by your respective country. Any such taxation placed on your order will your responsibility.
Shipping Policy
American June is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. You must first reach out to file a claim with the carrier for any lost or damaged packages. If you believe your package has been stolen, or the carrier is unable to process your claim, please email us at info@americanjune.com so we can try to resolve the situation.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate address where you can receive your package. If a package gets returned to American June, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have the item(s) resent.
If you need to change an address after placing your order, please email American June immediately at info@americanjune.com. As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to cancel or update the order.
Delivery Details
- We only deliver within a 10 mile radius of our HQ in Austin, TX 78739.
- All orders selected for delivery must meet the $50 minimum requirement.
- Order processing takes 1-3 business days prior to delivery.
- Any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm CST will not be processed until Monday.
- It is your responsibility to inform us if there are any special instructions required of delivery (ie. gate codes).
- If we are unable to deliver the package due to circumstances out of our control, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee if you would still like the order to be processed.

Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
At American June we will do everything that we can to ensure you are happy with your order. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, please fill out a return request form under the "Start a Return" section of our website here, within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. We will review the return request, and if accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for the return.
If you would like to make a return in person, please bring the item(s) into the store within 30 days of purchase with the receipt.
In order for a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still on. Final sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns and will be clearly labelled as final sale in the product description on the website or within the Clearance section. Bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and sunglasses are also not eligible for returns unless a product arrives damaged. Online returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can make things right. Please call us at (512) 537-1389 or email us at info@americanjune.com and we will happily offer a replacement item or refund/store credit.
Refund Options:
Online Orders
- American June will happily provide you a refund for any eligible items returned within 10 calendar days of the return shipping label being provided.
- The refund will be processed with the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return we will simply deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. (Incorrect or damaged orders are excluded from this).
In Store Purchases
- As long as the item is returned to the store within 30 days and meets the requirements listed within this policy, a full refund can be issued.
Store Credit Option:
- If you elect to receive store credit in place of a refund for your approved return, you will be given an American June gift card to the email address you provide. (We will not deduct the cost of the return label from your gift card amount.)
- American June gift cards do not expire.
- If you would like to return an item and it has been longer than 10 business days from the order delivery date, you can still submit a return for store credit only. However, it cannot be longer than 30 days from the order delivery date.
Exchanges:
- Due to high turnover of stock & limited size availability, we cannot guarantee that an exchange may be possible.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we highly recommend that you place a new order immediately and then return the original item.
